Sunday Ski Reservations Form

This is only for ASSC members who registered for the Sunday Ski Program at Blue Knob

Please provide the information requested below. We need your phone number and email so that we can contact you if there are any problems with your reservation. If you don't provide an email address we can't send you a confirmation.

Please list the first and last names of everyone that you want a lift ticket for below. Also check the box to the left of each person who needs ski rental.

Reservations or cancellations can be made between 12:01 am Monday and 6pm Saturday. Your reservation or cancellation isn't considered official until you receive a confirmation email.

Lift and rental tickets can be picked up between 12:40 and 1pm inside the Rental Shop at Blue Knob. Tickets not picked up by 1:15pm are forfeited.
